- Within 40 miles of a metro area of over 100,000, that has a growth trend, and a diverse employment base preferably with a strong base of government, health care or education sector
- 40+ spaces (30+ for WA-OR)
- Public (preferable) or private utilities (no lagoons, unless park could be tied to the city)
- Fixer uppers, park owned homes and vacant lots ok
- All Cash Transaction = Our access to capital enables us to purchase communities on an all-cash basis, providing immediate liquidity for owners
- Tax-Deferred Structures = Greater Cause Realty Group LLC also could assist in significantly minimizing tax liabilities for sellers.
